1. General Information

-Introduction: Welcome to Facial Academy. By enrolling in our courses or booking a service, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

- Changes: The Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at anytime. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.​

2. Enrollment and Payment

-Course Registration: Students must complete the enrolment form and pay the required fees to secure their place in the course. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

- Payment Methods: We accept Paypal, Bank transfer and Cash if In-person.

- Course Fees: Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course unless a payment plan is arranged.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Student Cancellations: If a student cancels their enrollment more than  5 days policy before the course start date, they may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee/administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date.

- Course Cancellations: The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a different course.

4. Code of Conduct

- Professionalism: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course without a refund. - Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must notify the Academy in advance if they are unable to attend a class. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the course.

5. Course Content and Certification

- Course Materials: All course materials provided by the Academy are for educational purposes only and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

- Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion. Certification is contingent upon meeting all course requirements.
